Polymer flocculant/diatomite, compound water treatment agent

Raw materials and formula

Formula 1, 1 part of diatomite and 11 parts of aluminum chloride;

Formula 2, 1 part of diatomite and 11 parts of ferrous sulfate;

Formula 3, 1 part of diatomite and 9 parts of polymer flocculant

Preparation method

When in use, each component is added to the wastewater according to the formula proportion and stirred at a certain speed for 10min. The best treatment process is as follows：

Formula 1, dosage (mg/L) 15, pH value 6, stirring speed (r/min) 100;

Formula 2, dosage (mg/L) 13, pH value 7, stirring speed r/min) 60;

Formula 1, dosage (mg/L) 13, pH value 6, stirring speed (r/min) 80;

Performance

When diatomite and polymer flocculant are combined to treat domestic sewage, the effect is ideal. The removal rate of COD_cr is more than 64.0%, the removal rate of SS is more than 88.9%, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is more than 41.0%. It also has a good effect on reducing turbidity. The effluent meets the pollutant discharge standard (∥ level), of urban sewage treatment plants in China. Moreover, the capital construction cost and operation cost are lower than those of similar treatment processes, which has a good prospect of popularization and application.

Application

This product is especially suitable for the treatment of various domestic sewage.
