[Introduction]
High-efficiency sludge dewatering agent is an innovative, high-performance patented organic polymer. Its specific chemical properties make it have strong electrical neutralization, and is specially used for sludge dewatering and coagulation treatment.

[Property]

1. Unique dewatering ability, excellent performance in dehydration treatment of various industrial sludges.

2. Due to its special amphiphilic structure, it is suitable for plate and frame dehydration treatment. The moisture content of the treated sludge can reach 50-55% [the dehydration rate of ordinary polyacrylamide is about 75%], and the amount of sludge in the factory can be reduced by more than 20%.

3. When applied to plate and frame desilting water treatment, it can replace the use of calcium and iron salts, achieve better sludge dewatering and sludge reduction effects, and do not block the filter cloth, and do not affect the normal operation of the equipment.

4. Used in pretreatment of RO system, can replace the use of aluminum and iron salts.

[Use]
1. Dilute this product directly with water for 5-20 times, then directly add it to the sludge, stir it evenly, and then settle into the mud pressing equipment.

2. The optimal pH of the sludge is weakly alkaline, which can improve the treatment effect.

3. When the solid content of sludge is high, gram is used separately with inorganic salt to reduce the treatment cost.
